The farm has 60+/- acres which includes several great sites for a home, open land, and part of a pond is on the property. The farm had a gross income in 2022 of $323,000. The farm can have a placement of up to 15,000 hens per house. The birds can access outside the houses into a cage area. Birds are allowed outside when bio security restrictions allow.
